Form is a template that is used for recording data.
You can design a Form yourself easily by adding data entry fields with different formats as many as you want.
There is no limit for number of forms that you can build.
Click “Form Builder” button in order to build a new form.
While “Basic Settings of the Form” section is selected in the “Form Design” column, write the text that you want to be seen by people who will fill in the form, in the “Form Title” field on the right.
You can select a different format like “Numeric”, “Date”, “Address”, “Email”, “Multiple Selection” etc. for each data entry field, according to the type of data that will be recorded.
Double click on the icon of data type that you selected in the “Form Components” column or drag and drop it to the “Form Design” column, in order to add a new data entry field in the form.
For example; double click “Numeric” icon to add a field that recording person will enter his/her age. The section that you can define settings for this data entry field appears in the “Component Settings” column on the right. You can write “How old are you?” in “Field Description” field in this section.
Click “Save Form” or “Save Form and Close” button at the bottom of “Component Settings” column, in order to build the form.
