Software developers spend a lot of time for web site forms like Contact Us, Job Application Form etc. and even for making small changes on them later. Cost of applications that make records in database and start a business process when a web form is filled in are very high.

Due to increase in its business volume, Sample Agency decides to employ new staff. They state in the advertisement that candidates can apply via their website.

Webmaster Mark builds the form that applicants should fill in and publish it on the website in few minutes.
General Manager Mr. Brown checks the form and notices that there is no field on it that applicants can enter their telephone numbers.
He goes to “Form Settings” in kripton and adds “Telephone number” field himself easily.
Mary sees their Ad, fills in the Job Application Form on the website of Sample Agency. She attaches her photo.
A notification message goes instantly to John who is the Project Manager of Sample Agency
Project Manager John calls the telephone number of Mary and invites her for a job interview.
After the interview, Project Manager John fills in the Meeting Notes form and states that Mary’s qualifications are perfect for the job.

You can easily setup a similar system, too.
First of all, you should have created a Planet with the name of your company. Click Create Form button in order to build Job Application Form.
While Basic Settings of the Form is selected, write “Job Application Form” in the Form Title field of Component Settings column on the right.
Now, add the fields for entering data while filling in the form. You should select the appropriate format for each field according to the data to be entered.

•     Drag and drop data type “Text” to add it. Write “Name Surname” as the Form Title on Component Settings column.
•     Drag and drop data type “Date” to add it. Write “Date of Birth” as the Form Title on Component Settings column.
•     Drag and drop data type “Masked Input” to add it. Write “Mobile Tel No” as the Form Title on Component Settings column.
  •     Write number 9 as many as phone number digits in the Define Mask field
•     Drag and drop data type “Long Text” to add it. Write “Please give detailed info about your qualifications” as the Form Title on Component Settings column.   
  
• Drag and drop data type “Rich Explanation” to add it. Write “Please attach 1 passport photo of yours” as the Form Title on Component Settings column.
  •  You can change the format of the text in this field

Now, you should decide who can access this form. While Basic Settings of the Form in the Form Design column in themiddle is selected, click the section header Access Rights to This Form in the Component Settings column on the right. Define rights of roles of General Manager, Project Manager and Web Master.
Click “Save Form” button.
The form should be created, in other words saved ones, in order to have embed code and link for sharing the form.
While Basic Settings of the Form in the Form Design column in the middle is selected, click section header Sharing Options in the Component Settings column on the right and select “Accessible from outside the Planet” and “Accessible from outside kripton” checkboxes.
Below will appear the embed code that you can add to software codes of your web site and the link that you can copy and attach to the emails you will send.
Click “Save Form and Close” button.

You can see the form created at the Dashboard.
