You can define different rights for each user who is authorized by you to have access to your Workspace.

You can define different rights for each user who is authorized by you to have access to your Workspace.

These rights can be;
-    doing jobs listed on the menu line,
-    recording data via Forms,
-    viewing records or download in Excel format,
-    clicking a button.

Create a Role (Settings / Roles menu, +New button), define menus it can have access to, and assign it to users that you choose (Settings / Users)
This method makes it easier to assign same rights to multiple users.
