Kripton, is the next generation internet platform which provides you unique tools to enjoy Cloud technology better.

You can create your own, safe working area (WORKSPACE) on this platform. On your Workspace, various types of data can be recorded via templates (FORMS) that you can create easily. For example, meeting notes can be recorded via “Meeting Notes” form and consumers’ opinion about your product can be recorded via “Customer Satisfaction Survey” form.

You can let some other kripton users that you select to access some Forms in your Workspace. For example, clients who can access “Sales Order Form” can record their orders themselves directly.

You can configure and monitor a workflow by SMART BUTTONS that you can create easily. For example, a record made by an employee via “Request for Stationery” first goes to Department Manager and when the Manager clicks “Request Approved” button, “Deliver Stationery” work order is sent to store room officer.

You can also join other kripton user’s Workspace. For example, you can join the Workspace of an Association of which you are a member and vote by filling in the “Election of Board Members” form.

  It is free of charge forever to sign up to kripton.

  In order to sign up:

  Click Sign Up button and enter your first name, last name, email address and an 8 digit password that you decide.

  A confirmation email will be sent to your mailbox. After you click on the link in that email which activates your membership, you can login to kripton.

• DASHBOARD AND LAYOUT

  First page when you login to kripton is “Dashboard”.

  Functions you see on the Menu line depends on the rights of the Role assigned to you. For example, you might not see “Settings” menu, if “visitor” role is assigned to you in the Workspace you joined.

  On Dashboard:

  Forms section: You see the icons of Forms that you can access. Click icon of a Form in order to record data. If a Form is open to users who can not access to the Workspace, its icon is claret red (Settings / Form Settings / Public Form).

  My Messages section: Unread messages sent to you are listed. Go to Notifications / My Messages to see all your messages.

  Forms Assigned to Me section: Forms that are sent to you to record data are listed.

  Invitations section: List of invitations that are sent to you to join another Workspace.

  My Workspaces section: Workspaces that you can access are listed. Click Go to this Workspace button of the Workspace you want to switch to. Click (i) icon next to a Workspace to see info about it. Color of the icons of Workspaces that you have created are claret red. Home icon points the active Workspace.

• CREATE A WORKSPACE OR JOIN A WORKSPACE

  A kripton user can create his / her own private working area which is called Workspace and let other users to access this working area.

  Hint: We recommend you to name your Workspace as the name of your Company or project. A common mistake is to choose Workspace name as the name of a form to be created first. You can create unlimited number of forms with different names in your Workspace.

  
  You can join other Workspaces, too. However, what you can do in a Workspace which belongs to another kripton user is limited to the rights defined for you (Role).
