WORKSPACE

Workspace is your own, private working space.

Other users can have access to your space only if you authorize them. You can own multiple Workspaces. You can create unlimited number of Smart Forms, Smart Buttons, Smart QR Codes and Roles in each Workspace.

SMART FORMS

Form is a template used for recording data.

Form is made of fields for entering data.
You can pre-set format of each field according to the type of data to be recorded like text, number, date, multiple selection etc.
There may be unlimited number of data entry fields in a Form.
You can publish Forms on your website and social media.

Kripton Forms are smart because:

• An action like sending an email or Form can be triggered when a record is made.
• Time to open or close the form for recording can be set.
• Geolocation info of records can be seen on a map.
• A form can be opened by reading its QR Code.

SMART BUTTONS

Button is a stamp that can also trigger actions like sending emails or Forms to be filled in.

When a button is clicked, a particular text that you defined will be stamped on that record. At the same time, an email or a Form can be sent to some users of your Workspace.
You can create unlimited number of Buttons in your Workspace.
Define what you want to be written on a record when the Button is clicked.
Select the Roles that can view or click the Button and the actions to be performed when it is clicked.
It is possible to show Geolocation where the Button is clicked, as well as the date, time and name of the user who clicked it.

ROLES

Role is a set of access rights for other users.

You can create unlimited number of Roles in your Workspace.
For example, one Role can only see records in Calendar View and another one can download all records or even change Settings of your Workspace.
You can select for each Form the Roles that will be able to view, record data, delete a record and see the statistics.
You can also select for each Button the Roles that can view or click.
A Role can be assigned to unlimited number of users, however each user can have only one Role.

SMART DYNAMIC QR CODE

There is a unique QR Code for each Workspace and Form.

People can join your Workspace with a pre-defined Role as soon as they read QR Code of your Workspace with their smart phones or tablets.
A Form pops-up for making a record when QR Code of the Form is read. If you like, you can forward it to a URL and change the address anytime.

RECORDS

A record is made when a user enters data in the fields of a form and clicks "Save" button.

Each record is saved with a unique Record ID.
It is possible to prevent changing a record or restrict number of records that a user can make via a form.
Each modification of a record can be monitored by an authorized user.
