Write name of the Workspace that you want to join in the upper left field and click Search button. Check creator's name and slogan of the Workspace that you choose and click Join button. you can have access to Forms, Buttons, Records etc. after your request to join is approved by an authorized user of the Workspace.

Your access rights in a Workspace created by somebody else are limited to the Role that is assigned to you.
