Go to Forms on the menu line (or Settings / Form Settings) and click Edit Form button.
QR Code of the Form will appear if you select "Accesible from outside kripton.co" checkbox. Print or copy the QR Code which will trigger the Form when it is read by a smart phone or tablet pc.
You should choose one of the Planet users as "Recording User" when a record is made by someone who has not login kripton.
