Workspace is your own, private working space.

  • Other users can have access to your space only if you authorize them.
  •  You can own multiple Workspaces.
  •  You can create unlimited number of Smart Forms, Smart Buttons and Roles in each Workspace.

For example, you can create a Workspace for your company (Global Marketing Inc.), build forms like “Customer Satisfaction Survey”, “Client Meeting Notes”, “Request for Stationery”, create roles like ”Client”, “Manager”, “Account Officer” etc. and “Request Approved” button.

You can also create another Workspace for association of which you are a member and build “Election of Board Members” form in “Sample College Graduates” Workspace. So that all members can vote online.

  • Create Workspace

    After you login, click Create New Workspace button. Enter a name for your Workspace, choose one of the Workspace Templates or blank template and click Create Workspace button.

    Workspace name can not be changed. If it’s a Free Workspace, a number is added automatically to the end of its name. You can change name of your free Workspace only once when you purchase  kripton unit for the first time.

    We recommend you to name your Workspace as the name of your Company or project. A common mistake is to choose Workspace name as the name of a form to be created first. You can create unlimited number of forms with different names in your Workspace.

    You can create 1 Workspace and use it free of charge for 12 months. In your free Workspace, you can make up to 1.000 records, invite 10.000 users and upload total maximum 10 MB files.

  • Workspace Settings

    Workspace ID: Given by the system automatically.

    Workspace Logo: You can upload logo of your company in jpg, gif formats.

    Slogan: Helps to distinguish your Workspace from others with similar names.

    Description: Message that you want users, who select your Workspace in Search Workspace results, to see.

    Workspace Announcement:  Announcement that you want your Workspaces users to see.

    Currency: Base currency for Product Basket module.

    Don't let new users to join this Workspace: Select this check box if you want to pvent other kripton users from sending requests to join your Workspace.

    Visible only to users of this Workspace: Select if you do not want name of your Workspace to be listed in Search Workspace results.

    Customize outgoing email account of this Workspace: You can use your own e-mail account instead of default address ([email protected]) for sending system messages.

  • Search Workspace

    Enter name of the Workspace that you want to join and click Search button.

    If “Visible only to users of this Workspace” option is selected in Workspace settings, that Workspace is not listed in search results.

  • Join Another Workspace

    Enter name of the Workspace that you want to join in the field upper left corner and click Search button. Check name of the owner and slogan of the Workspace you select and click Join button. You can access Forms, Buttons, Records etc. after your request to join is approved by authorized user of the Workspace.

    Your access rights in Workspaces that belong to others is limited by the Role assigned to you.

  • Workpace Market (Workspace Templates)

    When you create new Workspace , you can select a Workspace template most suitable for you and start using available Forms, Roles and Buttons immediately. You can change these Forms, Roles and Buttons, delete unnecessary ones or create new ones.

  • Publish Workspace on the Internet

    You can publish some forms and free text writings on the internet without having a website.

    Click Publish the Web Site option in the Settings / Workspace Web Settings.
